My lessons focus on improving movement quality, building strength, and helping you feel confident in the gym. Whether you are new to lifting or looking to refine advanced skills, sessions will include clear instruction, practical feedback, and progressions that help you develop safely and effectively. Depending on your goals, lessons may include Olympic weightlifting technique (snatch, clean and jerk), barbell strength training, pulling and gymnastic skills (such as pull-ups and kipping), mobility work, and movement analysis. I also draw on my psychology background to help athletes build confidence, manage gym anxiety, and develop a positive mindset around training. Lessons will be based around me assessing your individual technique and equipment and providing guidance as to how they can be improved to achieve your own personal archery goals ranging simply from personal improvement all the way up to vying to make international teams for your country. Lessons can be conducted remotely or by driving to your location depending on the distance from Melbourne, Victoria. Travel costs will be added on to the $50 per hour charge, remote lessons are $35 per hour and groups are $30 per hour per person with travel cost split across the group.
