Students
How Find Me a Coach Works?
Find Me a Coach creates a transparent and secure way to find coaches in your desired field.
After getting a membership, a student will be able to message as many coaches as they desire, agree to a time and place, and book a lesson.
Find Me a Coach will hold the lesson payment until the lesson is complete and no issues have been reported, at which time the coach will then receive their payment.
Book a Lesson
Once you have your student pass, you can message as many coaches as you desire!
To book a lesson, simply select a coach and start a conversation to agree on a lesson, time and location.
Do not pay for a lesson before you have agreed on the lesson, time and location.
Once you have agreed, proceed to book a lesson.
We will hold on to your fee until you have had your lesson. Only then will the fee be passed on to the coach.
Student Pass
A Student Pass gives you the ability to contact coaches and book lessons. For $19, you can contact as many coaches as you like for a month, and for $9 a month you can contact unlimited coaches for a year!
We do not create recurring payments, so if you are happy with your Student Pass, you can purchase another one at a time that suits you — that’s one less recurring payment to surprise you!
After a Lesson
Once your lesson is finished, go to the ‘Order’s page on your profile, and select ‘Complete’.
We will then transfer your payment to the coach.
Reporting
In the case that your lesson with your coach is different to what you had agreed, report the coach as soon as possible, and we will start an investigation.
Payments are made no earlier than three days after the lesson, after which, we cannot refund your lesson fee.
Reviews
Trust and transparency underpins everything we do at Find Me a Coach.
Once you have completed your lesson, leave a review, to help students find their perfect coaches. All reviews are verified by our team.
Note that you can only leave one review per listing.
Cancelled lessons
If you cancel 24 hours before your lesson, you will be fully refunded.
If you miss this time, you will then have to pay for all or part of the lesson.

How Find Me a Coach Works?
Find Me a Coach creates a transparent and secure way to connect with students in your desired field.
Creating an account is free, and students will immediately be able to contact you to book lessons.
Find Me a Coach will hold the lesson payment until the lesson is complete and no issues have been reported, at which time the coach will then receive their payment.
Encourage your students to leave reviews of your lessons, as the higher your rating is, the higher you will rank on your category’s search results.
Featured Listing
Have your listing at the top of your category’s search results for ten days!
With more students viewing your listings, featuring your listing will boost your lessons and regular students. There are no limits to the amount of listings you can feature, or the number of times you feature an individual listing.
Permium Membership
For $120, become a premium member, and do away with commission on your listings!
Why do I pay commission of my lessons? Commissions contribute to the cost of processing the transaction, as well as the handling and releasing of funds.
Certification and Legal Considerations
Coaches are encouraged to upload relevant qualifications (e.g., coaching certifications, first aid, child safety checks).
Coaches can also consider Personal Liability Insurance, which provides financial protection if you’re legally responsible for causing bodily injury or property damage to a student.
Find Me a Coach is a facilitator platform only. We connect users with independent coaching professionals but are not an employer or services provider. All coaching services are provided by independent contractors.
Cancelled Lesson
Students have until 24 hours before class to cancel the lesson, where they will be fully refunded.
If the student misses this time, the coach will receive full payment for the lesson.
Verified Coaches
Our team are constantly checking new users to make sure no bots are generating fake profiles.
We will check new coaches within five working days.
