My lessons focus on improving movement quality, building strength, and helping you feel confident in the gym. Whether you are new to lifting or looking to refine advanced skills, sessions will include clear instruction, practical feedback, and progressions that help you develop safely and effectively. Depending on your goals, lessons may include Olympic weightlifting technique (snatch, clean and jerk), barbell strength training, pulling and gymnastic skills (such as pull-ups and kipping), mobility work, and movement analysis. I also draw on my psychology background to help athletes build confidence, manage gym anxiety, and develop a positive mindset around training.
